Geoff didn’t start his journey as a natural athlete; he started it as a person ready for a change. After a major lifestyle shift in 2015, he transformed his health through the very staples he teaches today: hard work and consistency. Now a dual-certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, Coop has traded the sidelines for the front of the class, leading by example in our training camps and teaching Saturday morning Circuit.
Whether he is out running the Stanley Park trails or paddleboarding across English Bay, Geoff is a firm believer that movement is the ultimate tool for both physical and mental resilience. He specializes in helping clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
“I know what it’s like to start from scratch. I first walked into the gym looking to get healthy, and I fell in love with the process. I’m a big believer that fitness is just as much about mental health as it is about physical strength. My goal is to help you find the consistency that changed my life—see you on the floor!”
