Kevin "The Boss"
Reynolds
Founder & Owner
Kevin Reynolds didn’t just build a gym; he built a culture. A former professional boxer ranked #1 in Canada with a pro record of 10–1, Kevin opened the doors to his first studio in 2001 at just 21 years old. Over two decades later, his vision remains the same: to create a space where elite technique meets a supportive community.
For Kevin, boxing has never just been about the physical stakes. While his resume includes fighting on ESPN, competing in over 70 amateur bouts, and earning a Silver Medal at the 2004 Olympic Trials, his true passion lies in the mental health benefits of the sport. He is a firm believer that the discipline learned in the ring translates directly to strength in everyday life.
You’ll still find “The Boss” at the gym every single day. Whether it’s the spark in a beginner’s eyes when they finally “get” a new move, or the quiet satisfaction on a veteran’s face after a grueling training camp, Kevin is most at peace when he is coaching.
“I’ve been incredibly blessed to spend a lifetime surrounded by positive people in the gym. For years, I used to wonder when this fairytale would end and I’d have to go out and get a ‘real job.’ I’m still waiting for that day to come.”
